Design Layout + Product Variations
The collection of invitations on this website have been intentionally created to account for every style. When choosing an invitation suite please remember that these are semi custom styles. This means that the overall layout can not be altered in any way upon purchase, the only aspect that will change is the addition of your personal wedding information.
If you choose the cotton handmade paper option for your invitations, remember that these papers are made by hand by an artisan. Therefore, you must accept the slight variations of size, paper thickness, colour or shape when placing your order. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for these variations under any circumstance. Furthermore, this understanding must be extended to any items containing handlettering. The handlettering is done by hand, and slight differences might occur.
The photographs on this website were taken with as much care as possible to account for the true nature and colour of each product.
After placing yout order, expect to recieve a digital template proof by email within 5-10 days of your purchase. Upon recieving this template you will have one revision of it, for minor text changes. If additional rounds of revision are required a fee of $50.00 per revision will be charged. Any additonal revisions may delay the timeframe of your order.
After approval, the timeframe of your order will be between 4-5 weeks + shipping. If you wish for letterpress services, an additional 1-3 weeks will be added to that timeframe. For any embellishments such as wax sealing, typeface envelope addressing or vellum/twine assembly you can expect the timeline to increase by 1-2 weeks.
Because the handmade cotton papers + envelopes are sourced from other artisans, Windsor - Rose cannot guarantee that all options displayed on this website will be available at the time of purchase. In this case, other options will be offered or delayed timeframes will occur in order to obtain said paper or envelope style/colour.
The pricing found on this website is in CAD and the cost for shipping will be added to our order at time of purchase. All the prices listed on this website are subject to change without warning.
The courier of choice is Canada Post. Please be at ease in knowing that each and every purchase is packaged with care and you will be provided with a tracking number. You should expect an average of 3-10 days to receive your package after it has been mailed out, however delays can occur. In the event of any delays or damage Windsor - Rose will not be held responsible. Because of this you should place our order within the appropriate time frame needed for production + shipping.
Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations
There will be no returns or exchanges under any cirumstance. If a cancellation is required, it is only acceptable prior to any approval of your digital template proof. In this circumstance, you will not receive a full refund, a fee of 20% of your purchase total will be charged. In the event of an error due to mispelling, the shop will reprint the invitations free of charge. However, if the mispelling is due to the client and not the designer, the client must cover the cost of reprinting.
The images, designs and artwork found on this website are the sole property of Windsor - Rose, unless stated otherwise. These images, designs and artwork, during the proofing stages or as a finished product, may not be used for personal use or reproduction. Windsor - Rose retains the right to post images of your wedding items on our website or social media pages.
